How can I order products from the online store? 
You can order products by selecting the products you want, adding them to the shopping cart, and following the instructions at checkout.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost vary depending on the chosen shipping method, the size of the order and the destination country. You can see shipping costs on the checkout page or on the view cart page if you type your country and your ZIP code.

We provide free shipping for orders over 75€.

Customer outside of EU are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.

How long does delivery take?

Europe: Orders to Europe are shipped with GLS, DHL or FedEx based on customers preference, location and the size of the order. Generally the delivery time to Europe is from 2 to 8 business days.

Rest of the World: To countries outside Europe orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. Generally the delivery outside Europe is from 2 to 8 business days.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may change especially during holiday seasons. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your order.

What should I do if the product is defective or broken upon arrival?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible at hello@woollywolf.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

How can I return or exchange a product?
You can return or exchange a product by following the return instructions found on the 'Return, Exchange & Refund' page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we generally offer international shipping. However, some exceptions may apply. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept several different payment methods, including:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCards, American Express. Credit card payments are made by Stripe payment gateway

Apple pay, Google pay, ShopPay

Klarna

Paypal

Paytrail: The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. The following payment methods are accepted: Finnish online banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankit, OmaSäästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), credit/debit cards and Collector invoice/installment. Payments are handled by Paytrail Oy.

Is it safe to buy from your online store?
Yes, our online store uses secure payment processes and SSL encryption to protect our customers' personal information.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Then follow the given instructions to set a new password.
