PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your order by one of the following methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCards, American Express. Credit card payments are made by Stripe payment gateway.

Paytrail: The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. The following payment methods are accepted: Finnish online banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankit, OmaSäästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), credit/debit cards and Collector invoice/installment. Payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj.

SHIPPING
Usually the orders are shipped from our warehouse on the same or on the next business day after we have received the payment. Please note that there can be occasional delays on holiday seasons.
We provide several shipping methods. The available methods for your order depend on the size of the order and the destination country. The available methods will be displayed when you proceed with your order.
Shipping times
Europe: Orders to Europe are shipped with GLS, DHL or FedEx based on customers preference, location and the size of the order. Generally the delivery time to Europe is from 2 to 8 business days.
Rest of the World: To countries outside Europe orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. Generally the delivery outside Europe is from 2 to 8 business days.
Shipping fees
The shipping cost vary depending on the chosen shipping method, the size of the order and the destination country. You can see shipping costs on the checkout page or on the view cart page if you type your country and your ZIP code.
We provide free shipping for orders over 75€.
Customer outside of EU are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.
Cancelling or making changes to the orders.
We may cancel your order or a part of your order if we have insufficient stock or if we do not deliver to your area. If your order is cancelled we will notify you by email and make a refund as soon as possible.
We won't be obliged to offer any additional compensation for cancelled orders.
Unfortunately, once an order is being processed, we are unable to make changes to it by customers request. However, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as outlined in our return policy. You may find our return policy here.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Woolly Wolf is a Finnish trademark located in Helsinki, Finland and therefore Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this user agreement. All disputes that can’t be solved with mutual agreement between seller and customer will be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.
